Is There A Little Kernel Of Truth?

Wiki defines miscegenation as

Miscegenation (/mɪˌsɛdʒɨˈneɪʃən/; from the Latin miscere “to mix” + genus “kind”) is the mixing of different racial groups through marriage, cohabitation, sexual relations, or procreation.[1]

The term miscegenation has been used since the 19th century to refer to interracial marriage and interracial sexual relations,[1] and more generally to the process of genetic admixture. Historically, the term has been used in the context of laws banning interracial marriage and sex, known as anti-miscegenation laws.[2] The Latin term entered historical records during European colonialism and the Age of Discovery, but societies such as China and Japan also had restrictions on marrying with peoples whom they considered to be of a different race.

Bill Cosby is currently catching a lot of flak over the revelation that he used quaaludes to help some of his lady friends relax. Presumably a dry martini, shaken not stirred, or an Appletini would have been just fine. What I noticed right off the bat is how many of the accusers are white gals! Here is one collage of the first eight of them. Unless my eyes deceive me, I am only seeing one sistah in the bunch, and she looks white:

We are constantly told there are 39 different accusers, some represented by Gloria “aka Ghoulia” Allred, the ambulance-chasing attorney.Here is a link to a story on 37 of the so-called victims:

It still looks like most of them are white, but it is that first group that gets my attention, because they were the first ones on the bandwagon. They are the ones that got the ball rolling. But come on, it’s Hollywood! Ever heard of the “casting couch”? This isn’t limited to Hollywood. Just a hint of fame and money and the ladies come running. Ask any member of a rock group about the groupies. Ask any professional athlete. Ask any long-haired whiny, sensitive  little male folk singer. Even diminutive Justin Bieber has to fight the ladies off with a stick. And Bill Cosby supposedly had to drug them to get them in the sack? More likely that he had to drug them to keep them from jumping his bones.

I think there is something else besides just sex that keeps the story on page one. I think it is the interracial aspect of the sexual relationships. Nobody is counting the bimbos in the white star’s and white producer’s bedrooms. It used to be that the mere hint of miscegenation was enough to get a Black man arrested or strung up in certain places.  Remember To Kill A Mockingbird? But there is no denying the prurient interest and fantasy appeal of interracial sex.  We should not under estimate the morbid appeal of the image of the scary powerful Black man and the poor helpless White woman.

Is this what is at work in the Cosby Case? I don’t know the answer, but somebody needs to start asking the question. Consider it done!
